Application for SO Office Access Rights for Incoming Cabinet

This form must be completed by one representative from the current cabinet of student organisations to apply for access rights to the SO Office for their incoming cabinet. It is your responsibility to ensure that the following terms and conditions are met before submitting the form:

1. ALL prospective officers of the incoming cabinet must have signed the Student Leaders' Charter and sent it to the Office of Student Affairs via email at sacla@hkbu.edu.hk.
2. Requests for access can only be made up to four months before the current cabinet’s term ends. For example, if the current cabinet’s term ends in June, requests can be made from February the earliest.
3. The current cabinet shall promptly notify the Office of Student Affairs in writing should there be any changes of the incoming cabinets.
4. All users of the SO Offices will adhere to the Manual of Use of Offices of Student Organisations, the Guidelines for Student Organisation Activities, and all University rules and regulations.
