Submission of Reflection Report for First-Generation University Student Fund (FGF)

If the approved FGF amount for the activity is HK$5,000 or above, students are required to submit a reflection report with an emphasis on insights, intellectual gains, learning impact and outcomes of the above mentioned activity; as well as two personal photos taken during their learning activity to the Scholarships & Financial Aid Unit upon completion of the above mentioned activity.

The data collected will be used for the First-Generation University Student Fund allocation, and any related purposes. Your personal data held by our Unit will be kept confidential but may be shared with appropriate parties and personnel of the University, and other parties including donors for meeting the above purpose. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by our Unit. Requests for such access and correction can be made to the our Unit in writing via email to firstgen@hkbu.edu.hk or by post. We may charge you a fee to cover the administrative cost.
